Privacy policy/GDPR

We understand that privacy and the security of your personal information is extremely important. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, store and share personal information.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We consider it a matter of course not to sell, trade or rent your personal data to others and we naturally comply with the rules set out in the GDPR. According to the GDPR, our customers must be informed about how their personal data is processed, which we describe below. We need to store and process personal data about you as follows:

1. WHEN PURCHASING OUR SERVICES
First and last name, Personal number, Address, Email address, Telephone number, Day/Month/Year, Time & Place of Birth is collected with your consent. The purpose of such processing is to deliver our service to you and for accounting purposes. We receive those data personally from you when you make a purchase on our site. Your data is stored by our course portal provider New Zenler and by our payment provider Stripe and by our accounting provider Visma Spcs AB. Your data is stored for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act. After that, your data will be deleted if you are no longer a customer with us.

2. WHEN DOWNLOADING FREE PRODUCTS
We save your name and email address with our email provider Mailerlite or New Zenler for sending out free products, which in turn are used for information emails and promotions for Heartful By Nature. You fill in this information yourself and agree to it when you sign up for a free course or downloadable gift. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time with a simple click.

3. COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS
 Your name and email address are also registered in our course portal New Zenler as this is your login to the course or membership you have purchased. If you pay for the course via our course portal, you also provide your payment details to our secure payment provider Stripe and to our accounting provider Visma Spcs AB. We keep recorded group calls so that you can go back and listen if you have missed a group call. Those calls are saved as long as they are current, then deleted. The conversations are stored on our cloud service provider Vimeo and on the course page.

4. ON OUR WEBSITE
We store testimonials as text, images or video of customers who have given a written consent. It is saved on our course portal and website until we replace them with new ones or until our reference wants them to be deleted.

5. CUSTOMER SURVEYS / EVALUATIONS
We store customer surveys and evaluations that you have voluntarily responded to and consented to in Google Drive. They are kept as long as we are working on the material and then deleted.

6. IN SUMMARY
We treat your personal data with the utmost care and do not share or sell it to any third party. You have the right to contact us if you would like information about the data we hold about you, to request rectification or to ask us to restrict processing, to object or to request deletion of your data. The easiest way to do this is to contact us at annika@heartfulbynature.com.

If you have a complaint about our processing of your personal data after you have contacted us with your request and do not feel satisfied, you then have the right to put in a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority.
